Course Overview
Ultraconservative Treatment Options
Live Recording with Pascal Magne
The range of ultraconservative treatment strategies for the anterior dentition continues to expand, offering clinicians an increasing number of aesthetic treatment options. While this evolution creates opportunity, it also makes treatment selection more complex, with clinicians often unsure which approach is most appropriate for a given clinical situation.
The advantage of this expanded toolkit is the ability to choose biomimetic, tissue-preserving, and socio-economic solutions that conserve maximum intact tooth structure while still achieving high aesthetic outcomes.
Treatment planning should always begin with the simplest and least invasive procedures—such as chemical treatments, resin infiltration, and freehand composite restorations—progressing to more advanced options including laminate veneers and full-coverage crowns only when clinically necessary and financially appropriate.
This webinar provides a clear clinical framework to help clinicians identify cases that do not require indirect bonded ceramics and can be successfully managed using ultraconservative techniques.
